What information should I provide about my extracurricular activities?

For each activity you list on your application, you will be asked to indicate the type of activity, name of activity, position you held in this activity, and time commitment. You will also be asked to describe the activity. Your description should include your responsibilities, accomplishments, and any recognition you may have received.
