Is financial aid offered for a fifth year or extra semester?

Modified on Tue, 10 Jun at 3:57 PM

Penn’s commitment is to provide eligible undergraduate students with eight semesters of grant-based financial aid. There are some circumstances in which SRFS may be able to make exceptions in joint consultation with your undergraduate dean. Please see here for the full policy. Note that even if you are not eligible for grants, most students are still eligible for loans if they stay beyond eight semesters and are enrolled at least half time.
